How to Report a Violation of the Code of Conduct

In July 2015 the Ethics Helpline of the FCA Group was launched. The Ethics Helpline is the preferred channel which allows all stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, and partners) to request advice and/or report on alleged situations, events, or actions, which may be inconsistent with the FCA Code of Conduct.

The Ethics Helpline is hosted by an independent supplier and is available 24/7.

Allegations are received by the Head of FCA Internal Audit & Compliance and managed in accordance with the whistleblowing process applied to all FCA Group companies, pursuant to local regulations.

To activate the verification and investigation process of the reported concerns, the allegation must be substantiated, i.e. it must provide objective information which will be useful in identifying the event, the company, the individuals involved, as well as the relative responsibilities.

In addition to the Ethics Helpline, considered the preferred reporting channel, it is also possible to report forms of conduct which are potentially contrary to the principles outlined in the FCA Code of Conduct by utilizing the addresses listed in the Worldwide Ethics and Compliance Contact List.

If you are an FCA Group employee, you may also seek advice concerning the application and interpretation of the FCA Code of Conduct by contacting your immediate supervisor, your Human Resources representatives, or the Legal Department.
