In addition to the minority dealership programs, we are committed to creating a diverse and sustainable supply base that directly reflects our customer base. Since 1983, we have purchased nearly $62 billion from diverse suppliers. Our dedication to supplier diversity has led us to create innovative programs, such as our annual MatchMaker event, which provides minority-owned, women-owned and veteran-owned businesses access to our leadership and buyers, tier one suppliers and leaders from advocacy and certifying organizations. MatchMaker has generated more than $3.0 billion in new business opportunities for minority, women and veteran-owned suppliers since 2000.

The FCA Foundation, the charitable arm of FCA US, invests in U.S. charitable organizations and initiatives that help empower people, build strong, resilient communities and generate meaningful and measurable societal impacts.
Since 2009, the FCA Foundation has made more than $24 million in grants to a wide range of local and national nonprofits, focusing on four foundational pillars: youth development, education, support for veterans, active military and their families, and community service.

Beyond financial contributions, FCA US encourages its employees to donate their time, energy and expertise in the communities where they live and work.
Through the Motor Citizens volunteer program, FCA US salaried employees can spend 18 hours of paid time off to volunteer for individual and company-sponsored programs. Motor Citizens volunteers have been instrumental in supporting disaster relief efforts, mentoring, cleaning up streams and rivers, packaging and delivering food and other supplies to those in need, and supporting hundreds of other community service initiatives.
