Code of Conduct

The Stellantis Code of Conduct is an integral part of the decision-making processes and operating approach of the Group and its workforce. Integrity is a source of competitiveness, a foundation of the Group’s sustainable growth and the way to build and continuously confirm our reputation as a Company that customers, workforce and stakeholders can trust and rely on.

The Code of Conduct was approved by the Board of Directors of Stellantis N.V. in March 2021. It applies to the members of the Stellantis Board of Directors, as well as its officers, full-time or part-time employees, temporary workers, and contract workers. Stellantis also expects its stakeholders, including suppliers, dealers, distributors, and Joint Venture partners, to act with integrity and in accordance with the Stellantis Code of Conduct.

The Stellantis Code of Conduct focuses on four main areas:

  • the protection of the Stellantis workforce, including a commitment to diversity, fairness, and health and safety, and to the United Nations declaration on human rights and the International Labour Organization’s declaration on fundamental principles and rights at work;
  • the way that Stellantis conducts business, engaging in sustainable practices that promote vehicle safety, quality, data privacy and environmental protection, and that comply with other applicable laws and regulations, such as anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, insider trading and others;
  • the interaction with external parties, including the avoidance of conflicts of interest and the support of our communities; and
  • the protection of Stellantis’ assets and information.
